Battle: Los Angeles (2011)

War movies depicting a group of soldiers against overwhelming odds are nothing new. For generations, moviegoers have been treated to cinematic recreations as well as new scenarios of fighting units in combat. Usually these films follow a typical formula that includes the tough and gritty commanding officer, the naive new soldier, the one with a woman and children waiting at home, and one who has difficulties with combat. In the new movie Battle: Los Angeles a new twist is given to the formulaic troops-in-combat picture which produces a mixed bag of results.

This film is dazzling in sound and visuals and the aliens look cool, the ships too are fantastic, the chemistry is amazing between the cast and seems realistic, with a bit of humour. overall i don't care about what magazines and newspapers and some sites, this film deserves more credit.

Meet The Parents : Little Fockers (2010)

When I first saw the previews for this movie, I was so excited. I loved Meet the Parents and Meet the Fockers so I knew it was going to be great! It was pretty funny indeed. Ben Stiller and Robert De Niro are back for what is probably the final time in Little Fockers, the third film in the surprisingly on going Meet the parents films.

This movie had all of the great things you remember from the first 2 stories as well as new additions. The message of family importance is repeated throughout the movie. Family will always be there for you. The characters are so different but they come together and all love each other dearly. They all have something to teach one another.
